Our onsite laboratory services can give up-to-the-minute results giving our doctors the diagnostic tools they need to treat or monitor your condition.

South Strand Internists & Urgent Care is CLIA certified, moderate complexity. We conduct most of our lab tests in-house with prompt results.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC), which includes Red blood cell count, platelet count and full white blood cell count
  • Urinalysis
  • Strep Throat Testing
  • Flu Testing
  • Glucose or Blood Sugar
  • Hemoglobin A1C testing, which is a long term sugar check
  • Mononucleosis (Mono) Testing
  • Pregnancy Testing

In some cases, we may send tests to an outside laboratory, but results are usually back in 1-3 days.
