All prescriptions and refill requests are to be made during your scheduled office visit.

There is a $10 charge for any medication refills requested outside of your appointment.  If you need a refill on a Controlled Substance, you will need to come in for an appointment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your prescription refill request to be processed.

There is a $20 service fee for medications prescribed through our Addiction Medicine Program that require a prior authorization from your insurance company.
