Keep a small spray bottle of white vinegar in your beach bag in case you fall victim to the tentacled friends we share the sea with. Vinegar can neutralize the stinging and stop it from spreading. Seek medical attention immediately if stinging is severe, covers a large portion of your body or you experience an allergic reaction.
